Message	paypal is a middle man, sorta like vinni to run your drugs to the extra cracked out cases downtown that you wouldnt think twice about going to.. When you send money it comes from your bank account. Paypal can also be like your online bank also.. if you do a lot then you can hold and send money from your paypal account to your bank account or another person.. Money is sent to people by their registered email addresses..You cannot pay them later since money has to be sent from your paypal which will either use available funds or funds from you bank.. for more info please read their site.. they have plenty of info..
